Bell Memorial Public Library now has a handicap entrance

	Bell Memorial Public Library now has a handicap entrance, as of August 2007, due to a project that was funded by the Kosciusko 21st Century Foundation, Inc. It is being used every day, at least 4 times, with UPS, Fed-Ex, patrons with strollers, those whose hands are full, wheel chair patrons, and even staff... all using this wonderful entrance that consists of 3 sets of doors opening to gain entrance into the library. (The Mentone Daycare and Senior Center have to use only 2 sets of automatic doors.) The doors are being serviced by Specialty Entrance Technologies, LLC. BMPL is especially thankful for this grant that otherwise could not have been afforded. Thank you, K21 Foundation for doing this for the Mentone Community.
